We teamed up with a developer a few weeks ago but they did not finish the project due to personal problems(80% finished).On their advice, we purchased a pc to use as a server, for this project only. We also purchased a brand new Geoforce RTX 3060 graphics card.We set up a Twillio account too. Having spoken to some developers, a couple have said they would prefer to start from scratch. That is your option however turnaround & price are important factors.

Both the pitches are almost exactly the same. The only difference is the close. (step 4)
Payment 1 - 40% will be paid once the 1st AI is working. Payment 2 - 40% will be paid once the 2nd AI is working. Payment 3 - 20% paid 30 days after the 2nd payment has been paid, provided support has been received. Happy to use escrow.
