My existing house is built on a 30x30 ft (900 sq. ft.) plot, open from two sides. We have now acquired an adjacent 15x30 ft plot (on the closed side), making the total area 30x45 ft (1350 sq. ft.), with two sides open.
Requirements:
Ground Floor • Parking for at least 3–4 cars (if feasible). • One good-sized hall (seating 6–7 people) with TV unit and attached bathroom.
First Floor • Demolish wall between lobby and BR2. • Relocate kitchen to current BR2 area. • Create a new BR2 in the extended plot with: • Spacious layout for gaming + small office desk. • Walk-in wardrobe. • Good-sized attached bathroom. • Large balcony on the open side. • Provision for a puja space.
Third Floor • Kids’ bedroom with study space, located on open side, with attached bathroom. • Gym area. • Convert existing kitchen into a small utility kitchen (sink + wardrobes + small slab). • Use remaining area for a store room.
