We are looking for a skilled draftsman with strong design understanding to prepare a complete set of detail drawings for a high-end restaurant project. The project is on a tight schedule, but maintaining top-quality standards is absolutely essential.
The restaurant is spread across three levels:
1- Ground Floor – Reception and lobby
2- First Floor – Main dining area, bar, and toilets (two identical levels connected by a spiral staircase)
3- Rooftop – Toilets are already designed, while the dining area is currently being finalized and will be shared soon
4- Elevator interior
Drawings Required
The selected draftsman will be responsible for producing comprehensive detail drawings covering:
- Custom Furniture Drawings – All furniture must be custom designed and detailed, with full specifications.
- Floor Plans – Accurate layouts reflecting the finalized design.
- Ceiling Plans – Including all lighting and MEP coordination points.
- Bathroom Details – Complete detailing of toilets on all levels, including:
Tiling layouts and patterns
Fixture specifications and references
Detail drawings for partitions, vanities, and joinery
Supporting visuals/pictures for clarity
- Lighting Layouts – Clear, precise placement of all light fixtures with coordination for switches and sockets.
- Miscellaneous Details – Any bespoke joinery, metalwork, and unique design features.

As the work progresses, the designer will mark up drawings to indicate switches, sockets, lighting points, etc.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) and ability to draft from SketchUp references.
Design knowledge is essential: must understand toilets, fixtures, finishes, and hospitality design standards.
Experience in preparing detailed interior drawings, particularly for restaurants or hospitality projects.
Ability to produce furniture shop drawings and detailed bathroom packages.
High attention to detail, with the ability to balance speed and quality under tight deadlines.
Comfortable working with feedback and markups from the designer.
