About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our award-winning digital marketing agency on a freelance basis. This role will be based in Sydney, with regular in-person collaboration from our Darling Harbour office 1–2 days per week.
You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, and acting as the key liaison between clients and our internal teams across creative, social, and paid media.
Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day client communication and relationships. - Oversee campaign delivery, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met. - Work closely with creative and strategy teams to deliver exceptional work. - Provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to clients. - Identify opportunities to grow client accounts.
Requirements: - Proven experience as an Account Manager in a digital marketing agency. - Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders. - Understanding of social media, paid media, and digital campaign management. - Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. - Sydney-based and available to work on-site in Darling Harbour 1–2 days per week. - Full-time availability on a freelance/contract basis.
