Modular / Layered Detail: Put the core narrative upfront, and tuck optional detail into appendices or hyperlinks. This lets skimmers get the gist and detail-seekers dig deeper.
Clean, Branded Design: Treat the proposal as a marketing piece — consistent fonts, brand colours, high-quality images, clear structure. Use slide decks or interactive PDFs over plain Word documents.
Conversational Tone: Write like a person, not a brochure. Aim for clarity over formality — this builds trust and makes you feel collaborative, not salesy.
