Your primary mission is to leverage existing manufacturer relationships to secure high-quality, compliant partners and competitive terms while guiding the entire development cycle, including: Supplier Selection & Negotiation – introducing proven contacts and finalising agreements. Packaging & Compliance – ensuring design and labelling meet UK/EU health regulations. Marketing & Launch – shaping a credible, data-driven go-to-market plan. Performance Review – monitoring results and advising on scale or extensions.
Requirements: Track record in consumer health, pharma, or FMCG product development. Established supplier network and end-to-end supply chain expertise. Strong knowledge of UK/EU health regulations and quality standards. Commercial insight with clear, actionable recommendations.
