We’re looking for a skilled Audio Editor to join our team part-time and help polish podcast recordings for clarity, flow, and professional quality. You’ll also get access to our internal training course that shows exactly how we edit, so you can follow our proven process step by step.
What you’ll do: • Edit 1.5 hours of raw audio per day (average). • Remove mistakes, false starts, and dead ends while keeping conversations natural. • Ensure pacing flows smoothly — the goal is not to make it sound rushed, but polished and natural. • Balance and mix audio levels for consistency. • Add intros, outros, and music while keeping the same format across episodes. • Follow our in-house course and editing system for consistency. • Deliver clean, ready-to-publish audio on deadline.
What we’re looking for: • Experience in audio editing (podcasts or similar content preferred). • Proficiency with editing software (Audition, Audacity, Reaper, or similar). • Strong attention to detail and a good ear for natural conversation flow. • Reliable and consistent in daily editing output. • Willingness to learn and apply our editing process.
Details: • Part-time role • Pay: $600/month • Workload: Approx. 1.5 hours of raw audio edited daily • Remote position • Training course provided
The job is M-F. With potential earning more, full time plus bonuses.
