I have put together a prototype of an app using base44 (a new AI coding platform), I am not looking for someone to take that idea and code it into a proper web app.

I need it to have all those features especially robust scheduling and calendar features. It needs to have equipment listing and management. It is largely just a database frontend.
It needs to have a user login system so it can be hosted on one central server and people can login.
I would like (please quote with and without this feature) to have a team feature where an admin can see all the events but a user can only see the events they've added.
Let me know how much it would cost to develop this.
