Presently this business operates as a face to face notary service (witness and certifying documents). For example, someone might take a power of attorney to me for witnessing. Another client might want copies of their passport stamped. While this is usually done as wet ink signatures, it can be done digitally as well.
As I need to perform checks, this online platform will require the customer to make a video so I can either 1. see them sign the document (before they upload or courier to me), or 2. show me the original document which they want me to certify a copy of.
I have attached a document which explains how I think it should work. However, you might have suggestions as to how it works. As I said in the document, I would like the customer to be able to make the video as apart of the platform, rather than recording it separately then uploading.
I can supply graphics, but it will need design as well as development. Client dashboard and admin console required, malware scans on uploads, file storage etc. Full details in the attachment.
