I’m looking for a talented architecture student or early-career designer to help me update my current ground floor plan. The project will involve:
Amending the existing plan to reflect changes, including:
Partial removal of a wall
Addition of a small pantry and WC
Producing updated floor plans and layouts that incorporate my design ideas
Creating 3D visualisations to illustrate the new look of the ground floor, covering the reception, kitchen, and dining area
Including details such as new flooring, kitchen layout, and cabinetry to help bring the design vision to life
I’d like someone who is confident working from an existing plan, can suggest creative yet practical solutions, and is comfortable providing both 2D drawings and 3D visuals.
