Otovo is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team and help deliver outstanding service to our customers in Belgium, the Netherlands, and the UK. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries related to billing, financial matters, and technical issues regarding solar panel installations and warranties.
You should be comfortable communicating clearly and empathetically with customers, ensuring their questions are resolved in a timely and professional manner. Proficiency in English is essential, while knowledge of Dutch or French is a strong advantage. This position requires a commitment of approximately 48 hours per week.
