I have provided verified email addresses to a client, but they are unable to broadcast them because their ESP requires opted-in contacts. The client has asked if I can broadcast the creative on their behalf. The volumes are likely to be up to 10k for Europe, excluding opt-in countries and up to 10k for the US.
They have requested a Proposal, and I am looking to outsource this to someone super experienced in this area, as I appreciate that it is a fine art to get these into inboxes. As I need to get the Proposal agreed, I have no budget as such for this, but would be looking to get an excellent service, not a cheap one. The £42 per hour was auto-suggested by PPH.
