I have an afro funk band and I want a logo for the band that we can use across all socials and potentially merchandise.
The band at it's core is Afrocentric. The music influence is Afro in essence (West African, East African, Afro Cuban, Afro Brazilian, Caribbean etc) which means there is a strong feeling of rhythm, groove and earthiness but there is also a significant western presence in terms of the horns. So ideally, the logo should strongly but subtlety represent the afro essence. It should NOT be clinical and "corporaty" . Should be rough around the edges, earthy and afro but NOT obviously African.
The name of the band is Olubundi and this needs to be part of the logo. I like the idea of the colour red somewhere in the mix of the logo...not sure where though. We have already used orange so this could also work.
