e are seeking a skilled Salesforce Freelancer to support us in enhancing and customizing our Salesforce environment to better meet our operational needs. This role will involve hands-on technical work, system integration, and custom development.
We have several improvements in mind and are looking for someone who can guide us technically, help us implement best practices, and work efficiently across different Salesforce features and external platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
E-Signature Platform Integration:
Assist in evaluating and integrating an e-signature solution (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign, PandaDoc, etc.)
Customize workflows to incorporate e-signature functionality into our existing Salesforce processes
Data Import & Management:
Enable importing of data from Excel/CSV files into Salesforce
Automate processes to clean, structure, and map imported data appropriately
Support the creation of tools to generate pricing comparisons from imported data sets
PDF Handling for Compliance:
Implement a solution for reading and parsing PDF documents within Salesforce
Support compliance processes by enabling data extraction, tagging, and record association
General Salesforce Customization & Support:
Build and maintain custom objects, flows, and reports
Suggest and implement process improvements to streamline operations
Ensure system scalability, security, and data integrity
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Admin, Developer, or Consultant
Strong knowledge of Salesforce tools: Flows, Process Builder, Apex, and APIs
Experience with third-party integrations, especially document signing platforms
Ability to import and transform data from CSV/Excel into Salesforce
Familiarity with PDF parsing tools or document management solutions (e.g., PDF.co, Adobe SDK, Conga, etc.)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
