1. The current Marketing or Partnerships Director’s full name, direct phone number, and email. 2. The advertising agency each office works with (agency name plus a phone or email contact if obtainable).
I will share the Google Sheet containing the offices, their main lines, and any existing notes. Simply update the same file as you work so I can watch progress in real time.
Acceptance criteria for each row • All requested fields populated or clearly marked “N/A – no data after 3 call attempts.” • Notes column showing call date/time and, if unanswered, next step taken. • Completion of the full list.
Spanish- or Portuguese-language ability will speed calls to certain offices, though fluent English is essential for the record-keeping. Clear, courteous phone etiquette and diligent follow-up are the skills that will make this task run smoothly.
