We are looking for an expert SEO freelancer to conduct a comprehensive, one-time audit and optimization of our website. The goal is to identify all critical issues and opportunities and implement the necessary fixes to create a strong foundation for organic growth. This project is a deep dive into our site's current performance. You will deliver a detailed report and a fully optimized website, after which our in-house team will take over for ongoing maintenance. We need a thorough professional who can deliver maximum impact within a defined scope. Key Objectives & Deliverables: 1. Comprehensive Technical SEO Audit: o Conduct a full-site crawl using tools like Screaming Frog or SiteBulb. o Deliver a report identifying issues with: site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawl errors, indexation, site structure, URL structure, and XML sitemap/robots.txt. o Implementation: We expect you to fix the critical technical issues identified (e.g., configuring redirects, fixing meta tags, optimizing page speed elements within scope). 2. In-Depth On-Page SEO Analysis & Optimization: o Analyze the top 10-15 most important landing pages (e.g., home page, key service pages, main category pages). o Perform keyword research to ensure target keywords are aligned with search intent. o Implementation: Optimize these pages. This includes rewriting page titles and meta descriptions, optimizing H1/H2 tags, improving content for keyword usage and readability, and implementing/internal linking strategies. 3. Competitor Analysis: o Analyze the top 3 competitors ranking for our primary keywords. o Provide insights into their strategy, backlink profile, and content gaps we can exploit. 4. Actionable Strategy & Handoff Report: o Provide a prioritized list of findings and recommendations for future work (e.g., content to create, backlink opportunities, further technical tweaks). o This report will be used by our long-term team to execute on your roadmap. Required Skills & Experience: • Proven experience conducting successful SEO audits with clear before-and-after results. Case studies are a must. • Expertise with Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and either Ahrefs or SEMrush. • Strong understanding of both technical and on-page SEO best practices. • Ability to not just audit, but also implement changes directly on our WordPress/[Other CMS] site. • Excellent analytical and report-writing skills. • This is a one-time project.
