DESCRIPTION We are seeking an experienced freelancer to build high-quality, targeted B2B lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator in combination with Evaboot. This is a hard requirement because LinkedIn ensures verified professionals and Evaboot provides reliable email validation.
IMPORTANT (NON-NEGOTIABLE) - Apply only if you actively use LinkedIn Sales Navigator with Evaboot. - Do not deliver lists built with Apollo, ZoomInfo, or any other provider. We require Evaboot-cleaned LinkedIn data only. - Rationale: LinkedIn provides verified users and real names; Evaboot verifies emails. This is essential to guarantee accuracy and relevance.
CXO REQUIREMENT We are only interested in true decision-makers: - C-level executives (CEO, CFO, CIO, COO, CMO, etc.), Managing Partners, General Partners, Senior Partners - Managing Directors (investment side), Partners (investment), Investment Directors, Principals, Vice Presidents, Heads of Investments, CIO Not accepted: Secretaries, personal assistants, “owners,” or vague/non-standard titles.
SCOPE OF WORK - Wide search: we will provide an exact list of titles/roles to target. - Narrow, industry-specific search: we will provide exact company names. - You must follow the provided titles and/or company lists precisely.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Evaboot to export targeted lead lists. - Validate and clean emails via Evaboot. - Segment lists by industry, geography, and role. - Deliver fully validated, ready-to-use contact lists. - Provide concise documentation of the process for repeatability.
DELIVERABLES AND VOLUME - Pilot batch: 100 leads - Next stage: 500 leads - Scaling: 1,000 leads per batch (ongoing) - Output: Clean, segmented, and validated lists of CxO-level contacts only (CSV/Excel), with fields agreed in advance (e.g., Company, First Name, Last Name, Title, Email, LinkedIn URL, Country, Industry).
QUALITY STANDARDS - Titles must match the decision-maker criteria above. - Emails must be validated via Evaboot (status included). - No generic or catch-all emails, no unverifiable roles, no “owner” unless it is clearly equivalent to Managing Partner/GP in a PE context. - Duplicates removed; formatting consistent.
REQUIREMENTS - Proven track record in B2B lead list building. - Demonstrated experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator with Evaboot. - Strong data cleaning, validation, and email verification skills. - Ability to consistently deliver accurate, executive-level contacts.
PROCESS AND HANDOFF - You will receive either an exact titles/roles list (wide search) or exact company names (narrow/industry search). - You will document search filters, Evaboot export steps, and validation steps so the process can be repeated.
