TERMS & CONDITIONS • We will be appointing the technical consultant to review the codebase for every Milestone. The next payment Milestone would be released once the appointed technical consultant approves the code quality. • The project must be based on the stated technologies. We would appreciate it if it were strictly followed. • There would be a penalty clause for the delay, which would be embedded in the final contract. • The company has to sign the NDA & IPR with us. • The service provider would be Liable for the Damages caused by Negligence, Data breach, & Non-Compliance. • The service provider must hand over the documentation, source code, credentials & deployment access at request.
