SECURITY GUARANTEES Free Bug Fix for 6 Months (after Live deployment signoff) AMC would be needed for 1 Year (For any Bug Fix/ Maintenance /New development (This would be a separate AMC contract where SLA are defined) ================================================

TERMS & CONDITIONS • We will be appointing the technical consultant to review the codebase for every Milestone. The next payment Milestone would be released once the appointed technical consultant approves the code quality. • The project must be based on the stated technologies. We would appreciate it if it were strictly followed. • There would be a penalty clause for the delay, which would be embedded in the final contract. • The company has to sign the NDA & IPR with us. • The service provider would be Liable for the Damages caused by Negligence, Data breach, & Non-Compliance. • The service provider must hand over the documentation, source code, credentials & deployment access at request.

We are only interested in Tech companies • Those companies based out of NORTH INDIA are accepted (since we want fluency in Hindi/English (both) while discussing). • The company should have proven experience in Travel websites development & integrating API’s.
