We currently have a working WordPress website for our platform . Functionality is fine, but the visual design is at best 6/10. We want to bring this up to at least 8.5/10 quickly, focusing on design polish, responsiveness, and consistency.
This is not a full rebuild – it’s targeted improvement work on our existing site. We are looking for a WordPress front-end developer with strong design sensitivity, not just a back-end coder.
Scope of Work (must-have improvements):
Fonts + spacing cleanup for consistency across all pages
Improved hero section with gradient overlay + bold call-to-action
Responsive fixes for mobile and tablet views
Apply our branding colours correctly across all elements
Additional larger improvements we’d like included: 6. Redesign navigation/header for clarity and impact (sticky header preferred) 7. Improve footer layout with better structure (links, branding, contact) 8. Add a strong homepage call-to-action block (3-step mini-form in hero) 9. Redesign four pages into clean, modern cards for credibility 10. Optimise loading speed and image handling for performance
Deliverables:
Updated WordPress theme with improved front-end design
Clear before/after review of the 8 main pages
Testing across desktop, tablet, and mobile
4-6 rounds of revisions

Proven WordPress front-end/UI work (please share examples)
Ability to take a 6/10 design and polish it to 8.5/10 quickly
