Description:	We are launching a new athletic apparel brand called MAJOR (minimal, bold, high-performance identity with black/white/neon branding). We are looking for an experienced activewear designer to create professional CADs and tech packs for our first collection. What we need: Flat sketches (front, back, side) of 5–6 core garments Detailed tech packs including: Measurements/spec sheets Construction notes (stitching, seams, trims, etc.) Fabric suggestions (performance polyester/spandex blends, 220–280 GSM) Branding placements (logo, labels, trims) Colorways (Core: Black/White/Neon + Luxe/Gradient options) Phase 1 Collection includes: Women’s Performance Leggings (high-waist, squat-proof) Women’s Sports Bra (racerback, medium–high support) Performance Tees (male + female) Unisex Joggers (tapered, cuffed, zip pockets) Unisex Oversized Hoodie (lifestyle piece) Optional Add-On: Men’s Training Shorts What we’re looking for: Experience designing activewear / athleisure (please provide portfolio examples) Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator / CAD software Ability to create production-ready tech packs Understanding of stretch fabrics and performance features Good communication and ability to deliver in 3–5 days per style Deliverables: 5 complete CADs + tech packs (PDF/AI formats) Source files for future edits Clear, factory-ready documentation Thanks
