About Us Gym Club Solutions is a fast-growing SaaS start-up on a mission to transform the way gymnastics clubs manage bookings, payments, and operations. We’re building innovative tools that help clubs save time, cut admin costs, and focus on what really matters – coaching and developing young athletes.
As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who wants more than just a “job” — someone who is excited to grow with us and become a key member of our team. This role has the potential to evolve into a senior position as the company scales, making you a vital part of our success story.
What You’ll Be Doing
Become an expert in our software and provide ongoing support to our customers.
Investigate system errors and work closely with developers to get them resolved.
Manage the migration of clubs from existing platforms onto Gym Club Solutions.
Deliver training and guidance to new and existing users to help them succeed.
Play a crucial role in shaping how we support clubs as we grow.

Tech-savvy, curious, and eager to learn.
A problem-solver who enjoys figuring things out and making systems work better.
A strong communicator who can explain technical steps in simple terms.
Excited by the idea of joining a start-up and growing into a long-term, senior role.

Working Hours (UK Time)
Monday: 9:00 – 17:30 (30 min break at 13:00)
Tuesday: 9:00 – 17:30 (30 min break at 13:00)
Wednesday: 9:00 – 17:30 (30 min break at 13:00)
Thursday: OFF
Friday: 9:00 – 17:30 (30 min break at 13:00)
Saturday: 9:00 – 17:30 (30 min break at 13:00)
Sunday: OFF
Total: 40 hours per week
