I run a cold outreach / outbound sales business and I’m looking for a true expert to take ownership of lead list building in LinkedIn Sales Navigator only.
I’ve been building these lists myself for the past two years, so I know exactly what’s required. Now I want to outsource this part of the process to someone who is just as fast and accurate as I am, freeing me up to focus on strategy and client growth.
What I need:
Expert-level experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (must-have).
Ability to build highly accurate, targeted lead lists directly inside my Sales Navigator account.
Speed and efficiency - I need someone who can work at the same pace I do.
Precision in filtering - some of the audiences I target are very niche, so you must be confident in handling detailed targeting instructions and exclusions.
Starts with a few hours per week, growing over time if the fit is right.
Ongoing freelance partnership for the right person.
Paid hourly (please include your rate in your proposal).
Requirements:
Proven track record of using Sales Navigator for precise B2B targeting.
Able to follow detailed ICP instructions (these will change per client).
Detail-oriented, reliable, and responsive.
Fluent English (written & spoken).
