We seek an exceptionally skilled cybersecurity specialist to ensure the robust protection of over 500 WordPress websites. Your primary responsibilities will include the proactive detection of vulnerabilities, eradication of threats, and prevention of hacking incidents.
Key tasks involve daily malware scanning, conducting security audits of WordPress core, plugins, and themes, and swiftly addressing identified threats. You will also be responsible for installing critical updates, monitoring suspicious activities, and configuring a Web Application Firewall.
Candidates should possess proven expertise in securing extensive WordPress projects, a comprehensive understanding of common vulnerabilities, and proficiency with scanning tools such as Wordfence and Sucuri. Familiarity with server-level databases, file systems, and web server principles (Apache/Nginx) is essential.
This position offers long-term collaboration, with daily security reports and 24/7 monitoring.
