Basically what I’m looking for (to begin) are these 4 automations:
1:) we receive several emails which are quote requests. 99% of these are not applicable to us. The go to a specific folder in Gmail and we would want to set up an AI prompt to see if these are related to our niche (we will give keywords). If they are, they are left unread in the folder but if they’re not, they are deleted.
2:) We would like to have a virtual assistant to read incoming email and draft a reply. This will be AI driven through a ChatGPT or Claude api key. We will then review the drafted reply and amend and send ourselves, but the draft will save us a lot of time as most times it will be good to submit and we can tweak the prompt as we progress. We will supply the prompt for this.
3:) we would like an automated email sent for customers that send us their details through Facebook and Instagram leads. This will be a generic emails and the automation should be triggered by new inputs on a google sheet.
4:) we have 2 websites both in the same general niche. We would like to automate 1 blog post as random times throughout the day with industry specific topics (we will give you these topics and AI Prompts) we want these to post directly to our Shopify blog on each site.
