We are looking for a highly skilled PPC and Paid Ads specialist to take over our campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. Our current turnover is around £2m per year and we are targeting £10m per year.
We do not want vanity metrics such as likes, comments, or impressions. We need a specialist who can generate qualified leads and sales directly from campaigns.
Requirements:
Proven track record of running PPC campaigns that deliver high ROI. Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). Ability to optimise campaigns for conversions, enquiries, and calls. Experience with targeting, retargeting, and split testing. Clear reporting and weekly communication.
