Cemeteries: Fee groups, fixing areas, forms/contacts, maps. What3Words: Exact grave location link/SMS. 2. Data Entities Customer: Name, address, billing, comms prefs, tax code, analysis tags, Google Maps link. ContactLog: Date/time, user, type (call/email), notes, attachment, follow-up. Cemetery: Name, address, fee group, fixing area, restrictions, permit forms, map link. Order: Branch, analysis codes, special instructions, cemetery, approvals, linked quote/enquiry.
