We are transforming an empty interior parking lot with space for 10 vehicles into an exclusive facility dedicated to secure bicycle storage.
The new concept features 13 private garages designed specifically for electric bikes and other bicycle types, as well as related storage needs. Situated in the heart of a historic, low-carbon, and progressive mobility-focused city in Europe, this space will operate as a private club to maximize both security and the overall sense of safety.
There will be no public access—only co-owners of each unit will have entry, with the central common area jointly owned by all members. Construction will use the specified wall materials (see the attachment) and strong rolling doors for each garage.
Requested deliverables for illustrating the project include: • A revised, more professional 2D site plan with visual representations of surfaces and accurate dimensions for presentation • 3D visualizations of the east and west points of view from inside the common part • Two or three color propositions to achieve the most secure and friendly atmosphere
