We are seeking a UK-based privacy and data protection lawyer to review internal legal documentation for a regulated employment screening service (GuardCheck), operated by GuardPass Ltd. Our screening processes are aligned with BS7858 and NSI NCP 119 standards.
Following a recent compliance audit, we’ve made significant updates to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and supporting legal content. This includes detailed clauses covering GDPR compliance, data subject rights, third-party data processors, international data transfers (including to our operations team overseas), DTIA and DPA considerations, breach procedures, and lawful basis of processing.
We are now looking for an experienced legal professional to review the documents, identify any gaps or risks, and provide written feedback to ensure we meet UK legal standards and audit expectations. Ideally, we would like this review completed within 5–7 days.
