We are looking for a competent WordPress web designer/developer to support our bilingual membership website (built on WordPress.org with Divi).
Key tasks:
Stripe integration:
Connect “Join Now” button (Divi) to Stripe Checkout.
Ensure customers must tick/sign off on our Terms & Conditions before completing payment (either via Stripe Checkout custom text, or a pre-checkout step).
After successful payment, customers automatically receive two separate emails:
a Welcome email with link to Membership Form
a Portal Login email with link to create username/password.
Email automation:
Set up reliable automated email flows (using a plugin such as Uncanny Automator, AutomatorWP, or Zapier/Make).
Configure WP Mail SMTP for deliverability.
Membership portal:
Configure private portal access for members only (WordPress users / membership plugin).
Ensure smooth, secure account creation and login.
Divi integration:
Update “Join Now” button and pages to connect seamlessly with the above flow.
Requirements:
Strong experience with WordPress.org + Divi builder
Proven track record integrating Stripe Checkout/Payment Links with custom conditions (Terms acceptance, automated emails, etc.)
Familiarity with membership plugins (MemberPress, Paid Memberships Pro, WP User Manager, etc.)
Experience with automation plugins (Uncanny Automator, AutomatorWP) or third-party integrations (Zapier/Make)
Good understanding of GDPR and best practice for secure data handling

Receive two automated emails after payment (Welcome + Portal Login)
