We are seeking an experienced developer (or small team) to build a cloud-hosted application that automates the creation of Amazon product listings. The project combines keyword data processing, AI-driven content generation, and integration with Google Workspace (Sheets/Drive) to streamline our daily workflow.
This is for bulk operations and automated. We have 3000+ products to work on
Project Overview
Inputs: - Google Sheet with product master data (SKU, image URL, dimensions). - Keyword CSV files (from Helium10 Cerebro), one file per SKU, stored in Google Drive.
Process: - Application ingests CSV, calculates priority scores for keywords based on Search Volume, Order Sales, and Title Density. - Selects the Top 35 keywords per product (Based on our calculations we can provide) - AI (LLM such as OpenAI GPT) uses product info + image + keywords to generate listing content.
Outputs: - Amazon-compliant Title (2 variations, ≤200 characters, 5 keyword phrases each). - Shopify Title (50 charachters) - eBay Title (50 charachters) - 5 Bullet Points (250–300 characters each, 7 keywords each, storytelling style, Capitalise heading of each bullet point). - HTML version of the bullet points as one block for Shopify/eBay (Bullet Point Headings in Bold) - Product Description (up to 2000 characters, 15 keywords, natural flow). - Search Terms (≤200 characters, leftover high-value keywords). - Character count for each field. - Highlight/bold keyword phrases within outputs. - Results stored back into Google Sheets (or downloadable CSV).
Key Features - Competitor brand filter: Automatic exclusion of terms like Uno, Monopoly, Lego, Disney, etc. - Amazon compliance: Enforces rules on title length, banned characters, and word duplication. - Keyword highlighting: Keywords wrapped and bolded in output for easy review. - Cloud hosting: Accessible via secure login, scalable, no local setup required. - Simple UI: Upload keyword files, run automation, download/export results.
Deliverables: - Fully functional cloud-hosted app. - Integration with Google Sheets & Drive. - Admin panel to adjust competitor brand blacklist. - Documentation & training guide. - Post-launch support (bug fixes, maintenance).
Goal To reduce manual effort in Amazon listing creation by 90%, ensuring optimized, policy-compliant listings that leverage AI + keyword intelligence.
