We're creating ''Pod Cards'' – a set of beautifully designed, Pip Decks–style learning cards for entrepreneurs. Each card has insights, strategies, and actionable takeaways from podcast transcripts into a visual, digestible format that business owners can use daily.
What We Need
We’re looking for a creative freelance designer who can transform written content into a professional, modern card deck design. The cards should be:
Print-ready (physical card decks)
Digital-friendly (PDF/online shareable format)
Clean, engaging, and easy to digest
Responsibilities
Work with provided card content (front + back text, icons, illustration prompts)
Design a consistent card system with clear typography, layouts, and hierarchy
Develop a visual style guide (colors, fonts, iconography) for Pod Cards
Create a set of templates for different card types (Insight, Action, Reflection, Wisdom, etc.)
Provide final assets in both print-ready files and digital export formats
Requirements
Strong portfolio in editorial design, print products, or card/deck design
Experience with layout systems (front/back format, consistent spacing, typography hierarchy)
Familiarity with minimal, modern styles (think Pip Decks, Notion aesthetics, startup branding)
Ability to work with icons, emojis, or light illustrations to support text
Reliable with deadlines and strong communication skills
Nice-to-Haves
Experience designing educational or gamified content
Familiarity with entrepreneurship/business audiences
Knowledge of print production (CMYK, bleed, card stock formats)
Deliverables
1–2 design directions / mockups for review
Finalized card deck template system (front + back for multiple card types)
Exported assets for print & digital
Source files (Adobe, Figma, or similar)
