JobArk Ltd is a UK staffing platform preparing for launch. We need an experienced systems/admin specialist to set up, secure, and streamline our digital back office. This role is focused on configuring accounts, securing shared access, and ensuring compliance – not software development.
Responsibilities: • Set up and configure accounts for: • Google Workspace (emails, shared drives, staff accounts) • Xero (finance & payroll) • PandaDoc (contracts & policies) • Dropbox (structured storage with permissions) • ClickSend (messaging) • TrustID (Right to Work checks) • Zapier (automation layer) • Implement 1Password Business (or similar) for secure team login management. • Create folder structures & permissions for HR, finance, admin, and staff docs. • Standardise naming conventions, password security, and 2FA. • Ensure workflows are GDPR and UK compliance ready. • Provide a handover guide so our team can operate smoothly.
Requirements: • Proven experience setting up SaaS tools for UK businesses. • Strong understanding of HR, compliance, and finance workflows. • Ability to advise on best practice for data security & access management. • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred: • UK-based or strong knowledge of UK compliance. • Prior experience with staffing, HR, or recruitment businesses.
