Expected duration: less than 1 week I need to collect all historical odds data for Formula 1 from the Betfair historical data feed.

The data is free to download by selecting "Basic Plan", then "Other Sports", then selecting a date range. I need all data available (2015 to present).
The data is provided as a tar file (around 7GB) which in turn, contains a large dated folder structure containing many bz2 files. These bz2 files then contain text files in JSON format.
I need all the JSON data filtered to include only F1 data, then processed into a well-formed MSSQL database which I will then go on to interrogate myself.
Specifically, I am looking for the odds on every driver to win each Grand Prix and the date and time those odds changed. I would suggest as an absolute minimum we have a Driver table (id and name), Event table (id name, e.g. "2015 Spanish Grand Prix" or whatever Betfair call it), Odds table (eventId, driverId, oddsDateTime, odds).
Ideally I would like whatever script is developed to be handed over, aswell as the database, so I can run this at a later date myself.
