Freelance Cold Caller (B2B – UK Construction & Manufacturing Sector)
About Us Training First Safety is a UK-based health and safety training brokerage. We support construction and manufacturing companies by managing their training needs and offering a wide range of accredited courses through our national network of suppliers.
What We’re Looking For We’re seeking an experienced freelance cold caller / telesales professional to support our business development. The role is focused on calling construction and manufacturing companies to introduce our services, qualify leads, and set up follow-up conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound B2B calls to UK companies (provided list or your own research if preferred).
Introduce Training First Safety in a professional, approachable manner.
Qualify leads by identifying training needs and decision-makers.
Record outcomes and pass on warm leads for follow-up.
Requirements
Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting.
Strong communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner.
Ideally UK-based (or with a clear UK-friendly accent).
Experience in construction, manufacturing, or training sectors is an advantage.
Able to work independently on a freelance basis.
Project Details
Ongoing project of around 5 hours per week.
Start with a short trial to ensure a good fit.
Remote working.
Hourly rate or fixed weekly fee negotiable.
