Expected duration: 1 day or less We’re a university research team from Tel Aviv University working in collaboration with the University of Pennsylvania. We are conducting an academic study on the experiences of freelancers working on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and others. We are inviting freelancers and gig workers for a confidential (no analysis at the individual level and not sharing your information with anyone), 1-on-1 interview via Zoom (60 minutes) to share their experiences working in the online gig economy. We offer $30 for a one-hour interview. Requirements: - You actively work on gig platforms like Freelancer.com, Upwork, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, etc. - You’re willing to share your experience as a freelancer. - Camera Requirement: You are required to keep your camera switched on throughout the entire interview process. - Recording: The interview will be recorded to facilitate further data analysis. - First-Time Participation: You must not have participated in an interview conducted by our team before this study. - Fluent English level.
