I require the design and implementation of a professional multimedia system for company presentations. The video system should integrate multiple high-definition screens or projectors to display synchronized content across various conference rooms. Layout designs are needed to optimize viewer experience from any seating position. Hardware specifications must support 4K resolution playback from laptops via HDMI. The selected platform should integrate with our existing WiFi network and calendar software for automatic display of scheduled events. Experience with Crestron, Extron or similar control systems preferred. Candidates should have portfolio highlighting past commercial AV installations with references available. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical expertise, pricing and two-week estimated timeline for completion.
