We are looking for an experienced C++ developer with strong knowledge of Windows Filtering Platform (WFP) and Netfilter SDK to build a multi-internet packet duplication system for Windows 10/11.
Goal: Use two or more active internet connections simultaneously (e.g., Ethernet + Wi-Fi, Ethernet + 4G from different ISPs) to send duplicated packets from a selected game/application to a proxy server (localhost or external). The system must not work as fallback — both connections must be active at the same time, and if one is disconnected, the game must continue without interruption. When the connection is restored, it must be used again automatically.
Note: The Netfilter SDK driver is paid software, but we already have a valid license. The developer will not need to purchase it.

Main Challenge: Duplicate outgoing packets through all active interfaces Handle duplicate incoming packets correctly Maintain connection during interface failure Automatic reconnection for restored interfaces
Delivery Requirement: Full C++ source code + build instructions Configuration file and documentation
Demonstration video: Run one TCP game (Medivia, free to download) and one UDP game (Albion Online or Fortnite, free to download) through the system Unplug cable or disable one interface → game stays connected via the other Reconnect and repeat test with the other interface
