We have an AI validation inquiry. What you are requested to do is you will make 3 phone calls to a UK number, each call should take around 5-6 minutes maximum. You will be speaking in your native language during this calls, and we will provide a scenario script to follow. However this file will be provided in English and not in your language.
Once the calls are completed, we will send you two files:
- Medical Request Form (will be created with the information you provided during the calls) - AI Validation Form (you will assess the accuracy of the information recorded in Medical Request Form)
Here's how the process will work: 1. You will call the number, speak to AI assistant using the provided scenarios (the Excel file). The scenario is provided in English as template/reference, but you should answer in your language. 2. Once the calls are completed, we will send you Medical Request and AI Validation forms for each scenario. 3. You will then review the report and complete the assessment form based on what was captured and submitted by AI. 4. Once done, you will return the completed and signed (digital is fine) assessment forms to us.
A bit more information on how the calls will look like: 1. You ring the number, AI assistant greets you and asks what language you would like to continue. 2. You will say your test language. 3. From this point onwards the AI and you will be speaking in your language and she will first explain what this phone line is about and ask what is the reason for your call. 4. After that all you need to do is give key information, which is provided in English.
So the experience should be similar to calling the customer service of your Bank, ISP or similar.
