Expected duration: Ongoing I’m looking for a reliable and creative video editor to work with me on a long-term basis.
I am a newly qualified teacher, and I’m launching an education brand focusing on supporting early career teachers.
I’ll be filming short, informal videos throughout my day on my phone, that will be sent to you to edit into engaging TikTok/Instagram Reels content.
I will need
Daily turnaround: I’ll send raw clips each day, either one at a time, or all of them at once, at the end of the day, UK time, and I’d need the final edited video back the same day, ideally within a few hours, to post on the same day
Style: Clean, modern, and high-retention edits that keep viewers watching (jump cuts, captions/subtitles, trending sounds, text pop-ups, engaging pacing). Nothing too flashy though, as I want to still keep it professional, but still warm and authentic.
Platform: Content is mainly for TikTok and Instagram Reels, so videos will usually be 30–60 seconds long.
Consistency: Around 5–7 videos per week.
Collaboration: I’d love to work with someone who can also suggest creative editing ideas that improve watch time and engagement.
