Key Requirements:
Greet callers, guide them through scripted questions
Identify emergencies (e.g., leaks, no heating) and instantly forward to on-call number
Log details to Google Sheets or CRM
Send automated SMS with form link (Google Form/Jotform) to prospective tenants
Use speech-to-text for accurate logging (OpenAI Whisper or similar)
Integrate with Twilio, Yodel.io, Aircall, or your recommended solution
Call recording with GDPR compliance
Must be reliable and cost-effective
