We provide 3D modelling services to commercial art galleries (e.g., photorealistic renders of exhibitions). Our clientele is extremely niche, so the site must have an ultra-minimal, understated aesthetic — functionality and ease of use are far more important than flashy design.

Build a web platform in Bubble.io that allows: Clients to submit detailed project briefs with conditional logic Admin to assign projects to designers Designers to upload drafts/final files for client review All parties to track project progress in a structured dashboard
Core Features & Workflow
Client Flow
Client visits homepage (minimal UI) and logs in / creates account. Client fills in an industry-specific questionnaire which must include conditional logic. I have built a sample form in Tally.io that can be used as a reference to understand all questions, sections, and conditional flows. Client submits form → Admin notified via email. Client can log in anytime to see only their own projects with status updates.

3D Designer Access
Separate login area for designers. View only assigned projects. Upload drafts/final files. Send notifications/emails to clients. Admin Dashboard Assign projects to specific designers. Update project statuses. Monitor all projects. Manage client & designer accounts.
Requirements
Proven Bubble.io development experience (with examples of role-based dashboards, file uploads, and status tracking).
Ability to recreate the Tally.io form in Bubble with full conditional logic.
