Job Description: We’re looking for a Business Development Recruiter to lead client acquisition efforts in the US tech and crypto markets. Your main focus will be to open new accounts, build relationships with hiring managers and founders, and bring in roles for our recruitment team to fill.

Your Role: Identify, engage, and close new recruitment clients in the US (mainly startups and growth-stage companies) Own outreach: cold email, LinkedIn, calls – you’ll be our front line Understand client needs and pitch our recruitment solutions Work closely with delivery recruiters to ensure client success Report on pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue
Requirements: 1–3+ years in agency recruitment or B2B sales being a top biller (tech/startups preferred) Proven success in lead generation and closing deals Strong communication and negotiation skills Experience selling to the US market is a big plus Self-starter, entrepreneurial, and outcome-driven
Nice to Have: Familiarity with the crypto / web3 / tech startup ecosystem Experience using Apollo, Salesloft, or other outreach tools
