LONG-TERM COLLABORATION Build a Custom English Teaching Platform (Web & Mobile)
Project Description: I am looking for a skilled developer or small team to help create a web-based teaching platform for English and/or other language learners (initially kids and teens, with future expansion to adults and other languages). The platform will feature live video lessons, interactive media, gamified activities, progress tracking, and role-based accounts to manage access for different users.
Role-Based Accounts:
Students: Join classes, access learning materials, participate in games/quizzes, and view progress reports. Teachers: Schedule and run classes, manage course content, access student performance data, and provide feedback. Parents: Monitor their child’s progress and receive notifications. Administrators: Oversee platform management, manage users, and maintain content quality.
Key Features:
* Live video classes with native English teachers * Support for both group and individual lessons * Interactive lessons, quizzes, and gamified activities * Built-in chat, scheduling, and automated notifications * Course progress tracking with brief post-class feedback and monthly reports * Flexible curriculum pathways tailored to students’ levels and goals * Mobile-friendly (iOS & Android support planned)
What I’m Looking For:
* Developers with experience in web/mobile platforms, e-learning, or LMS systems * Credible references and portfolio examples of previous work * Willingness to provide rights to the work as it is being developed * Interest in a long-term collaboration. I realise this project may take months if not longer to complete
Budget & Payment:
* Limited initial budget, with the option for monthly or bi-weekly payments * Open to working long-term with the right developer or team
Additional Notes: The platform will initially be a controlled environment with vetted teachers and centrally managed content. Future phases may include expanded features such as resource libraries, private group creation, and additional languages.
