We are looking for an experienced SEO specialist to conduct thorough audits of our client's websites and provide actionable insights to improve its visibility and ranking on search engines. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building. They should also be familiar with analytics tools to track and measure SEO performance.
There is a set format for our audits to be shared but we believe that true value comes from the additional insights and anecdotes picked up throughout the audit - therefore it is very important that you are able to provide these.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive SEO audits of our website to identify areas for improvement.
Analyze website structure, content, and metadata to identify SEO issues and opportunities.
Research and recommend keywords to target for improved search engine rankings.
Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, and headings, to improve search engine visibility.
Implement on-page optimization techniques, such as image optimization and internal linking, to improve website speed and user experience.
Build high-quality backlinks to improve website authority and search engine rankings.
Monitor and analyze website traffic and SEO performance using analytics tools.
Report on SEO progress and results to stakeholders.
Collaborate with other teams, such as content and design, to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into website updates and new content.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an SEO specialist or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and techniques.
Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field.
