Expected duration: 3 - 4 weeks Description: We are looking for an experienced CRM Data Specialist to help us clean, validate, and standardise data across our CRM, marketing platform, and other connected systems. Our current data contains inconsistencies, duplicates, and incomplete records, and we need someone who can not only fix the current issues but also put processes in place to maintain data quality moving forward.
Responsibilities: - Audit our CRM and marketing databases to identify duplicates, incomplete records, and formatting inconsistencies. - Clean, deduplicate, and standardise data (e.g., names, addresses, phone numbers, email formats). - Validate and enrich records where possible. - Create rules, workflows, and/or automations to maintain clean data in the future. - (Preferred) Assist in syncing and integrating data between our CRM, marketing platform, and other tools. - Provide recommendations for ongoing data governance and quality assurance.
Requirements: -Proven experience with CRM data clean-up (please specify which CRMs you’ve worked with: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). - Strong knowledge of data validation, deduplication, and formatting best practices. - Comfortable working with large datasets. - Experience setting up automations or validation rules in CRM platforms. - (Preferred) Knowledge of integrations via Zapier, Make (Integromat), APIs, or native CRM connectors. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Project Scope: - Initial one-off clean-up of existing CRM and marketing database(s). - Potential for ongoing maintenance and data governance support after the initial project.
