The Role We’re looking for an experienced freelance luxury procurement specialist with strong, active connections to luxury outlets, resellers, and distributors. You'll be responsible for sourcing authentic high-end stock that aligns with KYM’s brand, values, and customer demand.
Key Responsibilities - Source luxury goods (handbags, ready-to-wear, accessories) - Build and manage international supplier relationships - Negotiate pricing, terms, and exclusive deals - Ensure all items meet quality and authenticity standards - Track trends and identify high-demand stock
What We’re Looking For - 5+ years of proven experience in luxury sourcing, procurement, or buying - Established, trusted connections with high-end outlets, distributors, resellers, and brand partners - A solid track record of managing high-value transactions (£10M+ in luxury goods) - A strong supplier network across Europe, Asia, or the Middle East - Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills - Deep understanding of the pre-owned and circular luxury market, including authentication processes and demand trends - Commercial awareness with the ability to balance brand integrity with margin goals - Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment - Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. French, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin) are a plus - Willingness to travel if needed for key sourcing opportunities or trade events
