I request assistance in submitting the annual return for a dormant Irish limited company. The company was incorporated several years ago but has not yet filed a CT1 return since becoming dormant. An expert knowledge of Irish company law and familiarity with completing and submitting the annual return known as the CT1 form is required.
The consultant selected for this project will be responsible for gathering the relevant details of the dormant company such as date of incorporation, registered office address, details of directors/secretaries and share structure. They must then accurately complete the 2019 CT1 return form, declaring the company as dormant and not traded. The completed return must then be properly submitted to the Irish Companies Registration Office along with the statutory filing fee before the deadline.
Experience of handling the specific requirements for dormant companies is essential as well as an understanding of the various declarations and certifications required by the CRO. The ability to methodically gather information, precisely complete statutory forms and ensure proper and timely submission is needed. Project payment will be issued in full upon provision of a submission receipt from the CRO as proof of successful filing of the 2019 annual return. Irish company law expertise and proven ability to navigate filing processes are prerequisites for this role.
