I request assistance in submitting the annual return for a dormant Irish limited company. The company was incorporated several years ago but has not yet filed a CT1 return since becoming dormant. An expert knowledge of Irish company law and familiarity with completing and submitting the annual return known as the CT1 form is required.
The consultant selected for this project will be responsible for gathering the relevant details of the dormant company such as date of incorporation, registered office address, details of directors/secretaries and share structure. The ability to methodically gather information, precisely complete statutory forms and ensure proper and timely submission is needed. Project payment will be issued in full upon provision of a submission receipt from the CRO as proof of successful filing of the 2019 annual return. Irish company law expertise and proven ability to navigate filing processes are prerequisites for this role.
