We are seeking an experienced payroll provider to manage payroll operations for our U.S.-based workforce of 500+ employees.
Scope of Work:
Process payroll accurately and on schedule
Generate and distribute payslips
Prepare and provide payroll reports
Submit required payroll data to relevant U.S. government agencies
Advise on compliance with applicable U.S. payroll regulations, including pensions, levies, and other statutory requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience with large-scale payroll processing in the United States
Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws and compliance
Ability to handle confidential data securely
Excellent communication and responsiveness
We are looking for a reliable partner who can ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our payroll process.
Our target budget is $5 per payslip, with an estimated volume of 500+ payslips per month (approx. $2,500 monthly). Please confirm if you can meet this pricing.
