1. Product Testing - Rigorously test, and complete gap analysis of the platform. 2. Implementation Gaps - Close all and any implementation gaps, including addition of new features identified. 3. Provide Assurance - Complete final checks, and produce a formal sign off document confirming post testing status. 4. Implement Security & IP Protection - Deploy best security & web development practices, to safeguard our platforms IP. 5. Documentation - Review and updated Technical make up of the platform in our neatly organised, easy to follow documentation 6. Deployment - Deploy site to a live environment with a separate sandbox for testing implementation.
Technical terms means: 1. Debugging & Refactoring 2. Correctly implement and connect backend to the frontend 3. Technical specification of components and logic 4. Set up live production area and deploy _
