Deliverables: 1. Completed evaluation forms for each participant 2. Summary of group dynamics and recommendations for shortlisted candidates
Requirements: 1. Proven experience in conducting professional interviews (group interview experience preferred) 2. Strong communication and moderation skills 3. Ability to remain impartial and objective 4. Reliable internet connection and professional video conferencing setup
Additional Information: Interviews will focus on soft skills, cultural fit, and scenario-based questions. Some touchy or sensitive topics may be included to test bias awareness and professionalism.
